Reservation Policies

Check-In is 2PM
Check-Out is 12PM (noon) -
Guests are required to stay for 3 nights minimum on holiday week/weekends.

Sites will not be held without paying the full amounts for the stay.

Cancellations made 14-30 days before scheduled stay will be charged a $20 service fee.

Cancellations made 7-13 days before scheduled stay will be charged a $60 service fee.

Cancellations made 6-0 days ("no show") before scheduled stay will be charged a $120 service fee.

If additional fees are incurred they will be charged to the credit card on file.

Prices listed do not include sales tax.

Seasonal rates include weekends during the season and two weeks’ vacation time.

Additional time over two weeks will be charged $200.00 per season.
